The brewery and restaurant are situated next to the famous bears at the Bärengraben in the capitol of Switzerland, Bern. From the garden, one has a beautiful view on the river Aare and the old-city. | |||
| For the tourist |
Start visiting Bern at the main station. Spend some time shopping while walking eastwards. Halfway the Bärengraben you may have a look at the Zytglocke. Between the Zytglocke and the Bärengraben you will find the old-city with beautiful restorated buildings. After visiting the bears in the Bärengraben, it will be time for a beer and a good meal (lunch or dinner) at the brewery-restaurant Altes Tramdepot in the former tram-relay. |
